Perjured testimonies and malicious manipulations have convicted four totally innocent young women of a monstrous crime – aggravated sexual assault of a child. That crime was a complete fabrication - it never happened. These women are currently serving lengthy sentences in the notoriously brutal Texas prison system, suffering personal indignities in addition to their loss of liberty. Homophobia, malicious prosecution and an inadequate defense all played a major role in their wrongful convictions. What they demand now is justice - to regain their freedom, and to be exonerated of these convictions. Most importantly they want the Truth about what has happened to be brought forward.

The trials of the four women were initially covered in detail by Matt Lum in the Texas Triangle.

The purpose this website is to present ALL evidence relevant to this case in an objective and rational manner, and to demand justice. When the pertinent evidence is produced in totality, and analyzed systematically without ignorance or fear, it becomes overwhelmingly obvious that these women are truly innocent and the alleged crimes never occurred.

Sexual abuse of children is a crime that should be abhorrent to everyone. Unfortunately the strong emotional response these crimes elicit make them highly prone to wrongful convictions. It is this visceral response that has led to these four women being railroaded into wrongful convictions. The blunt reality is that they have been convicted because they are lesbians, and not through evidence.

This case is also important as it illustrates clearly many of the components that have combined to produce the recent epidemic of wrongful convictions in child sexual assault cases. These wrongful convictions have sent numerous innocent people to prison for decades, and produced an extensive web of suffering and humiliation for them and their families.
